We made it to spring! As promised I am starting this season ahead of time. Being quarantined from Coronavirus certainly frees up some time. What a day to be alive. These activities were completed last spring far before this outbreak, so I hope this list finds you in happier times or at least the ability to leave your house.
Rules of the list:
1. Make a super fun list of items, one for every day
2. Complete one and only one each day. If you do more pick one to count
3. You can't go back and change which activity you completed
4. Try your best if spring is also your least favorite season and you're busy
March 20, 2019- Watch "The Perfectionists"
Most of you have probably heard of "Pretty Little Liars" the TV show. "The Perfectionists" was a spin off starring two of the original stars and then a ton of young new actors. It honestly wasn't very good. I'm not sure if it ever came back for a second season. Hopefully you can find something a bit more entertaining to watch.
March 21, 2019- Celebrate Madison's Birthday
Pick a friend with a spring birthday. In my case it was my friend Madison. Every year for her birthday she has the tradition of going to Shakey's Pizza. Every year my stomach has the tradition of feeling like it's going to die after going to Shakey's. Yet we continue to be a good friend and go.
March 22, 2019- Hit 10,000 Steps
I have had a Fitbit for about 6 years now. My daily goal has always been 10,000 steps. When working one of my many jobs (the Disney job) I am unable to wear my Fitbit. This causes me to not be able to track eight hours of movement. On my days off I tend to be quite lazy. So it becomes harder and harder to reach this not very difficult goal. I have more faith in you to be active and fit. If you are struggling for steps you are more than welcome to come walk my Sushi pug for me. Or you can go take a walk on the beach like I did this day.
March 23, 2020- Run a 5k
Lol don't do this. It was awful and I got separated from my group and I cried. Running used to be a lot more fun.
March 24, 2019- Korean Face Mask
Much self love was needed after such a traumatizing event. My nice Korean neighbors brought me some melons and sheet masks. You can find sheet masks on Amazon, Target, etc. Prepare for the scary mask selfie.
March 25, 2019- Make Turkey Meatballs
Turkey meatballs are delicious and very spring-like for some reason. Mine have cheese and spinach in them. I make tons of little ones in the oven to eat all week long. Ask me for the recipe or google one! I served mine with pasta, veggies, and pesto. Here is Madison helping serve them.
March 26, 2019- Make a Bracket
I am very depressed this year (2020) that NCAA March Madness got canceled. This was my Gonzaga Bulldog's year to win it all. I had them winning in 2019 and even went to the championship weekend in Minnesota too (more on that later) but sadly they were kicked out in the Elite 8. I did have a chance to see them in Anaheim at the Honda Center for the Sweet 16 at least.
March 27, 2019- New Matcha Place
Garden Grove opened a brand new Matcha Cafe Maiko last year. At the time it was the only one outside of Japan or Hawaii. Now they are popping up everywhere. They are pretty tasty. They have lots of fancy matcha desserts. I tried the matcha soft serve.
March 28, 2019- Watch a Basketball Game
Well..... I guess we can all watch an old one. Here I am, way up high, at the Honda Center watching my Zags with my game day friend, Nikky. Zags destroyed Florida St who had beat them the year before.
March 29, 2019- Go to Big Bear
Am I officially a Californian now? Maybe a bit more of a winter thing but who says you can't do a cabin trip in the spring? I stayed inside most of the weekend avoiding the snow. We played lots of games, cooked lots of food, and some ever went snow boarding (not me). I even got to do my favorite Airbnb laundry (since my apt doesn't have laundry in unit). We even made my favorite.... Hot Pot!!!!
March 30, 2019- Half Birthday
I love any chance to celebrate! We were still up in Big Bear which was celebration enough for my half birthday. Find a random holiday to celebrate too.
March 31, 2019- Beecher's Macaroni
So many things about Beecher's Macaroni. So for those who don't know, Beecher's is a cheese store in Seattle. They have the most delicious flagship macaroni and cheese. You can even get it at the Seattle airport! I happened to find a huge tub of it at Costco!! I believe it's a seasonal item so go see if your Costco carries it! Or take a flight through Seattle. After a long weekend away, dinner from the freezer sounded just about right. Here is the delicious cheesiness.
April 1, 2019- Laura Doesn't Have a Package
I think my neighbor Laura quarantined a year too early. For about a month straight she had a package at her door every day. It was usually Target but occasionally Amazon or some makeup brands. The day finally came when she was left without supplies. Or maybe she left her house. Am I the only one who creeps on my neighbors? We are friends, I swear!!!
April 2, 2019- Eat Spring Rolls
I mean....spring is literally right in the name. This delicious treat was courtesy of my neighbor when I dropped Sushi pug off for her pugcation. Here she is with her boyfriend, Chub, begging for spring rolls.
April 3, 2019- Pet a New Dog
I didn't get to pet it but I met a very good boy at the airport. He was ahead of me in line to get through security. I happily would have pet him though. He was very close to me.
April 4, 2019- Finish Holiday Ice Creams
I tend to be a bit of a food hoarder. This time I had to help finish my parent's supply. Culver's is a delicious fast food restaurant with frozen custard (like ice cream except better). We always get a ton for our 4th of July party. This time my mom had gotten me a special mint concrete shake on St Patrick's day. Technically that is a holiday and I finished the shake, so task complete.
April 5, 2019- Road Trip
Final 4!!!! With March Madness ending in Minnesota, I figured might as well fly into Wisconsin to see my parents and then drive over to Minneapolis with my dad. As any good Wisconsin road trip goes, there are multiple stops at cheese shops along the way. And yes my dad and I have the same car.
April 6, 2019- Spend $0
This is easier when you are with your parents. I still totally do this all the time at home. Obviously the clothes and food were bought at some point and I'm still paying rent and insurance, but I didn't actively spend any money that day.
April 7, 2019- Go to Church
Look at me being fancy and religious. I used to go to church, well, religiously. This time was a special treat getting to hear my uncle sing. He also took us on the tour of the big cathedral he used to work at. I also went to a Katy Perry concert which counts a little less as church.
April 8, 2020- Try a New Cuisine
I eat a lot of foods so I knew this one would be interesting for me. If you aren't as well eaten I would recommend trying Ethiopian, Korean (BBQ or Tofu Soup), Thai, or Moroccan. In this case we went to a Russian restaurant. It was a weird little place named Moscow On The Hill. I somehow managed to take zero pictures. I think I was slightly puzzled by the whole experience. We got a lot of things to share and I don't really remember particularly enjoying any of them. Maybe I'll have better luck next time. But enjoy this picture of my dad, uncle, and I crammed into the backseat of the worlds smallest "4 person" uber. (They are both 6'3" ish)
April 9, 2020- Buy a Fancy Cheese
Same road trip, opposite direction. We stopped at the fancy gouda store and bought some of their world award winning cheese.
April 10, 2019- Travel Day from Hell
This included a blizzard, multiple delays, an airport pizza party, the last red eye out, a crazy expensive uber, 2 hours of sleep, a 6:45 shift, and a failed interview. Next.
April 11, 2019- Get a Green Tea Latte
Here is the second part of the travel day. Any sort of caffeine was much needed. I like the matcha latte from Starbucks with coconut milk. Eric (the bf) ordered this one for me for pick up at the Starbucks next to Disney.
April 12, 2019- Doggy Play Date
Sushi pug had just ended her pugcation with Chub Chub but it was already time to go back. Chub's parents were going out of town so we got to come over and pug sit. Chub was very sad but Sushi was very happy.
April 13, 2019- Wash Obscure Towels/Mats
Another one of my favorite reasons to doggy sit Chub is that he has laundry at his house. I brought over all of my spring cleaning items and did a big laundry day. Hopefully your spring cleaning is easier than this! But wash those items.
April 14, 2019- Froyo Coupon
In college I used to get froyo all the time. Now it usually becomes when I have a coupon, even though I have a Yougurtland about a block away. This time it was for a free shake which was a new item. It was ok. But I'm never one to turn down free food. I recommend just getting the regular froyo.
April 15, 2019- Make Photobook
I made a lot of photo books as gifts this spring. This one was for my mom's birthday present. Shutterfly makes it easy to format and add all of your own touches. Sushi helped of course.
April 16, 2019- Floral Puzzle
I love puzzles. I also love maps. I had been looking forward to doing this puzzle for months since I had gotten it for my birthday. You can probably find this one or a similar one on Amazon. I put out my red table in my living room and worked on it nonstop until its done. Here was one afternoon's progress.
April 17, 2019- Eat Berries
Berries seem like a very spring thing! Today it was strawberries, which I don't think technically are a berry, but has it's in the name, so close enough. I pack my fruit in old ice cream containers. Such recycling.
April 18, 2019- Watch "The Passion"
Yeah...once was plenty. For those who aren't familiar "The Passion" is the movie about Jesus Christ the final days before this death. As Easter grew closer I decided to give it a try. I remember when this movie came out in theaters and really really wanting to see it. My parents almost let me but decided better not. I'm not sure anyone should have ever let me watch this movie. It was disturbing in a non educational or feeling way. It seemed like gore just for the shock factor, not trying to actually capture any emotion towards Jesus. Plus it wasn't in English and subtitles and puzzling are not a good combination. Find a friendlier Jesus movie to get you in the mood for Easter.
April 19, 2019- Go Meatless
Woohoo look at me being a good Catholic. For Lent (the time leading up to Easter) church people aren't supposed to eat meat on Friday. I've never really understood this rule and already don't really eat a ton of meat, so this day was whatever. I usually try to follow this rule but often forget. In general when going out to eat I will order meat but I very rarely prepare it at home (other than spam and Dino nuggets). I'll spare you the picture I took of my half eaten bean and cheese burrito. Maybe this one will be more of a challenge for you.
April 20, 2019- Wear Floral
Definitely a spring activity. I actually used to dislike floral prints. Now I for some reason have a lot of them. Are florals in fashion right now? Are the fashionable every spring? Educate me!!
April 21, 2019- Celebrate Easter
This year I decided to celebrate Easter morning with my friend Madison. I joined her at her some denomination of Christian church and then had brunch. We put on our floral dresses and I took more artsy feet pictures. Then Eric came over for mimosas and my entire champagne exploded. Quality holiday.
April 22, 2019- Try Shampoo Scrubber
I'm officially obsessed (still am a year later) with my scrubber. My mom sent me an Easter Amazon box that included a shampoo scrubber from my wish list. This little guy helps clean my hair so good. I've gotten them for several people as gifts. It helps my hair feel cleaner and less dandruffy (gross). I didn't take a picture in the shower because that would be weird but it looks like a little spikey fat brush. They are under $10 and very worth it. Just Amazon search "shampoo scrubber".
April 23, 2019- Book WI Tickets
Every summer I plan my trip to visit my parents in Wisconsin. Every year I have the joy of looking for the cheapest flight when I have four airport options to fly out of here and three options to fly into there. I also have a bit of wiggle room usually with dates so this leaves endless possibilities of flight prices to watch. I have the "Hopper" app on my phone that watches flights for me and tells me when prices are lowest. Download the app and plug in all of your upcoming trips! Even just the day before I booked it was still telling me to wait.
April 24, 2019- Use Disney Dining Card
I'm not sure why Disney gave us $10 food cards. I think it had something to do with working hard all summer. Again I'm not going to question or turn down free food. I used mine on the very delicious Jolly Holiday grilled cheese and soup combo while waiting to sign in friends.
April 25, 2019- Watch Cinderella
A girls gotta do what a girls gotta do for some side cash. I started doing princess parties with OC Royalty. I'm sure you'll never guess who I was for my first party. I hadn't seen Cinderella in quite a while so figured I'd be a good employee and brush up on some facts. The 2 year old and her cousins couldn't have cared less if I knew the story but at least I felt prepared.
April 26, 2019- Find a Ladybug
Did you know that Disneyland sometimes releases thousands of ladybugs into Fantasyland? I just found this out that day and I honestly can't remember why. Probably to eat all the bad bugs and protect the flowers. After out shift Christina and I went searching everywhere for some but were unable to find any. We took some cute post work pictures though.
April 27, 2019- Eat a Muffin
I'm not a huge muffin fan but it seemed very spring-ish to do. My friend Madison is a very good baker (as mentioned in other lists) and is always trying to get me to eat sweets. I decided to try one of her muffins. It was miniature at least so not too sweet.
April 28, 2019- Watch P&P
For those who don't already know, I love all things Pride and Prejudice. I allow myself to read the book every summer and watch the Keira Knightley version of the movie after reading the book and then once in the winter/spring to tide me through. I know a lot of people aren't a fan of that particular interpretation of the movie but it is my very favorite. I like the spectacle of it and find the costumes, dancing, sets, and general filming to be very pleasing to watch. Let me know your favorite spin offs both tv and book. Here is Sushi helping me enjoy it from bed.

May 5, 2019- Celebrate Cinco
Happy Cinco de Mayo to all my American friends who like to celebrate holidays that the origin country doesn't even celebrate. But remember I like any excuse to have a party. The most important part of a party is the menu. I prepared a feast!

I'm not a huge sweets fan but strawberry desserts seem very refreshing and not too sugary. There is a spring Strawberry Festival down here in Garden Grove. I've gone a couple times but this year had to have my own half melted strawberry popsicle.
For those who don't already know, I love all things Pride and Prejudice. I allow myself to read the book every summer and watch the Keira Knightley version of the movie after reading the book and then once in the winter/spring to tide me through. April 29, 2019- Shepard's Pie
This also seems like a spring activity, right? I like to make my shepard's pie with turkey instead of dark meat. I also like to make enough to last me all week. Sushi thought it looked pretty tasty.
April 30, 2019- Make Pudding
Another spring-ish food! If it's pastel then bonus points for you. I made pistachio which even has the little nut chunks in it! I remember being very skeptical of pistachio pudding as a child. Now it was as delicious as pudding can be.
May 1, 2019- Mermaid Blanket
For those unaware, I am part mermaid at heart. Mermaids seem a bit more summery to me but spring time is still cold and for a tropical mermaid like me blankets are still very much needed. This one keeps me nice and warm. If you were a mermaid what color fin would you have? Bonus points for buh-hole or heliotrope color (if you know you know).
May 2, 2019-
My first fail. I go pretty downhill at the end but I will leave a list of all the activities I wished to accomplish!
May 3, 2019- Go to Flowerfield
Here is the event I had honestly been looking forward to all spring. I drug Madison along to go look at (and take hundreds of pictures) the pretty flower fields with me. We chose "The Flower Fields" in Carlsbad, CA just off the 5. It was the perfect spring day and I highly recommend it.
May 4, 2019- Fish Tacos
Another meatless entree, even though this was a Saturday. Ever notice that in the spring, fast food restaurants pop up with a lot more fish? Thank the Catholics for that. I love fish tacos. I surprisingly love Del Taco fish tacos. Who knew fast food could make good fish? They come wrapped in tin foil with a little lime and everything. See?
May 5, 2019- Celebrate Cinco
Happy Cinco de Mayo to all my American friends who like to celebrate holidays that the origin country doesn't even celebrate. But remember I like any excuse to have a party. The most important part of a party is the menu. I prepared a feast!
May 6, 2019- Spend a Gift Card
As in many areas of my life, I tend to be a bit of a gift card hoarder. They are like magic money so I want to make sure I spend them on the perfect item. This adventure took me to the mall. It's a secret what I got though.
May 7, 2019- Sheet Mask
I guess I had forgotten that I had already did this one. I didn't specify this time that the mask had to be a Korean one, so totally different, right? It happened to be Korean anyways but this time I ordered in bulk from Amazon. In all reality I probably just knew you wanted to see another scary face mask selfie.
May 8, 2019-
Next
May 9, 2019- Make Smoothie
Did anyone else go though a phase in the mid 2000s where making smoothies was such a thing? I feel like I was always making smoothies. Now it's a less common treat. Guava smoothies are my personal favorite but for now a frozen berry medley from Costco was what I was working with.
May 10, 2019- Vegas
Happy Spring Break. Or what exists of adult spring break. Meaning a weekend. To celebrate a birthday. Hooray Vegas. Every few years or so I'm able to forget how much I dislike the drive and somehow get talked into going. This time was for my boyfriend's cousin's cousin's birthday. What happens in Vegas stays there but here are a few pictures.
May 11, 2019- Go to the Boardwalk (Pool Party?)
Ok I didn't make it to a boardwalk but I made it to a Vegas pool party. Close enough. Again no details but maybe a picture or two. Hopefully you have better luck getting to an actual boardwalk.
May 12, 2019- Mother's Day
I've been celebrating Mother's Day from far away for longer than I'd like. Hopefully your Mother's Day celebration includes actually being in the same state as your mother. I did send a present and post a nice story on Instagram though. Is this what holidays are becoming?
May 13, 2019- Bachelorette Premier
I have been addicted to "The Bachelor" franchise since Ali Fedotowsky's season in 2010. My place has become the go to watching site for the girls at my apartment complex. Happy beginning of a waste of a season with Hannah Brown. She should have picked Pilot Pete so we could have not had another entire wasted season. Agree?
May 14, 2019- Get Fresh Tamales
As opposed to frozen ones of course. The ones from Costco are mediocre but beggars can't be choosers. My top favorite tamales are a bit harder to get. Back in Oregon at Los Amigos Burritos we would always get big packs of tamales. We would steam them and eat them on holidays. Down here, when I first moved to California I used to be more fun and go out exploring more. When I had Tuesdays off I would go down to the Huntington Beach street market and get tamales from The Tamale Guy. He would have big pots of all different kinds. Any other tamale recommendations?
May 15, 2019-
Busy eating tamales
May 16, 2019- Watch a Play
Did you know I have a B.A. in Theater- Performance? I used to be in stage shows all the time. My favorite of all time was playing Shprintze in our community production on Fiddler on the Roof in 6th grade. I also saw Topol's last touring performance reprising Tevye. When it came to town I decided I had to go see it. It wasn't nearly as good as either of those first two but I guess I came in with pretty high expectations. Theater is theater. What are some of your favorite productions?
May 17, 2019- Drink Green Juice
Another super exciting Costco purchase. I have since started making my own green juice with my juicer. Pre-juicer days I had to rely on Costco. What are your favorite things to juice? I am a beginning juicer and at this point just juice anything in site.
May 18, 2019- Buy New Sandals
I was going to buy some fun, sparkly, spring sandals but went practical instead. Sanuk Yoga Slings are my new go to shoe. They provide slightly more support than regular flip flops while still being comfortable and water proof. Perfect for places that require a lot of walking and unpredictable rain. Am I foreshadowing an upcoming trip?
May 19, 2019- Get Boba
Or tea without the actual boba. I prefer popping fruit bobas or aloe. Fullerton opened a new Ding Tea so we had to try it. Eric always orders the Passion Fruit. I like the Kumquat. Always less sweet with light ice. Sushi pug got a car ride out of it.
May 20, 2019- Pick a Flower
This was the very first item on my list so it must be the most spring thing of all. Did I take a picture of it? Nope. So picture the prettiest flower ever in your mind. But don't pick flowers that aren't supposed to be picked. Let the wild ones live in the wild.
May 21, 2019- Star Wars Land
Back in May of 2019 Star Wars Land opened for the first time at Disneyland Park. Working there I got cast perks to go in a few days early and bring a guest. The theming is pretty cool and I'm glad it didn't have the large amount of guests that were expected. Try the green milk. It's better than the blue milk.
May 22, 2019-
Recovering from staying up late on a work night
May 23, 2019- Visit a Garden (My own succulent?)
A bit of a stretch I'll admit. Both a garden and a flower field in one month was a bit of a lofty goal. Hopefully your garden is full of vegetables or flowers or roses or butterflies. My garden is a table with three succulents on it. One of them is getting quite old and large. It has been repotted to a larger home and even had little orange flowers for the first time since I had gotten it, two springs prior. But visit them and water them I did. The little guys aren't doing too hot but the large one is still hanging in there.
May 23, 2019- Hard Boil Eggs (In Hotpot)
I guess I double booked this day. Not sure if I even noticed but I did go up to Eric's part of SoCal and try a new delicious hot pot restaurant. When I pictured hard boiling eggs I pictured Easter style and then later dying them. Somehow this turned into putting my egg in a hot pot which was probably even more delicious. The pictures can show you how yummy it looked.
May 24, 2019- Wear a Skirt
It was finally warm enough to wear a skirt! I didn't take a single picture of it but I did take the first foreshadowed trip. This was driving to Scottsdale, AZ for my friend Natalie's bachelorette party. As soon as I finished driving I switching into a swimsuit and hopped in the pool!
May 25, 2019- Wear Bright Lipstick
Another very fun spring thing. These last two are a bit gender biased. I'm all for gentlemen if you want to rock the lipstick and skirts but if that's not your scene then switch it up however you want. This lipstick was ready for a night out in downtown Scottsdale. It was a very strange city.

May 26, 2019- Eat Chile Relleno
My very favorite day! Or maybe I am just really craving chile rellenos right now. The relleno was enjoyed over a delicious Mexican bachelorette dinner with delicious margaritas. Ok it was a mediocre restaurant and the relleno is hiding somewhere under that pile of garnishes but the company was delicious. Supposedly California has the best Mexican food outside of Mexico but I have yet to find any. My favorite Mexican restaurant as mentioned in the tamale section is back in Oregon. Where are you favorite SoCal Mexican restaurants? I have to know.

May 27, 2019- Wear a Big Hat
I have a large collection of big hats. As you've learned in previous blogs my grandfather believes that ladies should always hear hats especially the big sunhatty type. I have collected a few for this reason and because I wasn't allowed to get too tan for my Disney job. Now screw it! I still like my hats though.
June 4, 2019- Strawberry DessertIt was finally warm enough to wear a skirt! I didn't take a single picture of it but I did take the first foreshadowed trip. May 28, 2019- Watch Prime Video
I've had my own Amazon Prime for years now but need to justify spending money on it. From how often I've talked about Amazon on this list it sure seems like I use it. My favorite thing to rewatch on Prime is Sex and the City. I'm still on my second watch through. I'd like to be a Carrie or a Samantha but I feel like I'm more of a Charlotte.
May 29, 2019-
Trip prepping.... any guesses where?
May 30, 2019- Blow Bubbles
We made it to Disney World!!! Eric's first trip. Red eye flight, straight to All Star Sports hotel, and then into Hollywood Studios. A couple of bumps along the way but no one is perfect. My personal favorite is the Frozen Sing Along. I also enjoy The Little Mermaid show which is full of BUBBLES!!! I guess technically the Frozen Sing Along also has "snow" which is actually bubbles. But it's not bubbles. It's real snow! Disney Magic! Full coverage of the trip can be found on both Eric and my Instagrams. Or ask questions in the comments!
May 31, 2019- Anniversary
Here's the point of the trip. Enjoy our sappy cutesie pics at Magic Kingdom.
June 1, 2019- Wear a Bow & Visit a Bakery
Ok I decided to double up because it was Epcot day which was a very epic day. Highlights were meeting Baymax, drinking around the world, our cute matching outfits, and the France bakery.
June 2, 2019- Wear a Flower Crown
Very springish and very fitting for a day in Animal Kingdom. More themed outfits and probably our favorite park! Our favorite restaurant was in Pandora.
June 3, 2019- Spa Day
Look at me doing one of the fancy activities. Nothing better than, after four crazy days, getting a nice couple's massage at The Dolphin Hotel spa. No phones allowed but I needed a picture of the cozy relaxation room. I also have several SoCal spa recommendations if you're looking.
I'm not a huge sweets fan but strawberry desserts seem very refreshing and not too sugary. There is a spring Strawberry Festival down here in Garden Grove. I've gone a couple times but this year had to have my own half melted strawberry popsicle.
June 5, 2019- Clean Floors
Back to spring cleaning. Roomba helped while I swept, swiffered, and used the regular vacuum. Sushi got in the way of all four.

June 8, 2019- Drink White Wine
2019 was a very white wine year for me. Previously I had been all about reds. Now I am all about bubbles. A nice chilled white is perfect for a spring day. Trader Joe's always provides my cheap wine needs. For $3 it's not too bad.
June 9, 2019-
I told you we were going downhill quickly
June 10, 2019- Cook a Fancy Brunch
I even made a note on my list that I forgot to take a picture. I made breakfast tacos so delicious that I ate them before taking evidence. So much for the rule "phone eats first". In my breakfast tacos I usually include eggs, beans, rice, avocados, salsa, hot sauce, and cheese. Getting so hungry.
June 11, 2019- Go to Bobatopia
My favorite parking lot at Disney requires a quick walk. A couple of years ago a handful of little restaurants popped up along that walk including a boba shop. I figured I'd try it at least once! I still prefer Ding Tea but it was perfect after a long day at work.
June 12, 2019- Clean Fridge
My fridge is the worst. It's always stopping working. The freezer gets clogged and then the cold air stops going in. Sometimes the door stays open and the food spoils. It currently is going through a phase where it keeps the fridge far too cold. If you're ever moving and need to get rid of a fridge, feel free to drop one off at my house! But every so often it still deserves a good spring clean. Here is before vs after.
June 13, 2019- Wear Light Jeans
Me in jeans? Who am I? Jeans aren't my business. Though light jeans seem pretty spring. It was easier than trying to fit into my fun pastel pants from college. Someday.

Recovering from wearing jeans

It was a tough experience
June 16, 2019- Fathers Day
Spring is so full of holidays to disguise my laziness. Another holiday away from my family but Sushi and I were able to relax.
June 17, 2019- Korean Tofu Soup
I found a new favorite restaurant down here in Fullerton. As usual with new restaurants I drag my friend Madison. We did pretty well figuring out how to eat all of the items as the minority in the restaurant. The only thing that threw me off was the full fish. Everything else was delicious. I have been back several times but I think Madison is addicted now.
June 18, 2019- Use Lavender Goat Cheese
Back to my questionable food hoarding. Lavender goat cheese from the Wednesday night, Green Bay, WI farmer's market, is my favorite cheese in the world. I always buy a block and save it for the perfect moment. June 18th was the perfect spring day. And it was delicious.
June 19, 2019-
AND I missed an activity on the last day of spring. I also thought spring this year was a day later, hence why this is late, even though I promised it wouldn't be. I even have spring marked as June 20th on my calendar. Oops. But for anyone more dedicated than me, here are the activities I missed:
Go to the Library
Soup of the Day
Make Martinis
Go to a Museum
Pot Roast
Pride and Prejudice Cookbook
Spring Photoshoot
Elbows Macaroni
Curl Hair
Plant Seeds
Happy Spring!!! Let me know your favorite spring activities in the comments. <3
